Moroccan-born, Rachida began her career in the Apprenticeship Program in Casablanca, Morocco.
After several years as a Math teacher and programmer, I decided to follow my passion for cooking so I took a few cooking classes at L’academie de Cuisine, the premiere culinary school in the Washington DC area. I took cooking classes at Alain Ducasse’s school while staying with my family in Paris.
Combining Moroccan cooking, and classic French techniques with a modern approach, I believe in using the freshest ingredients to create a delicious and healthy meal.
